Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with tags attached.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Sale, discounted, promotional, or giveaway items.
• Items returned more than 7 days after a return label is issued.
• Items returned in an unacceptable condition (stains, odors, signs of use, or alterations).

Unacceptable Condition

• Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
• Items deemed unfit for resale may be sent back to you at your expense or discarded at our discretion.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges.
• For an exchange, return the item for store credit and place a new order.

Return Shipping

• A $7.95 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit

• Refunds are issued as store credit only.
• A unique credit code will be emailed for use at checkout.
• Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is processed we’ll issue a store credit that you can use on a future order. Keep an eye out for an mail with your unique credit code. 

No Refunds Policy

• No cash refunds are offered. 
• No exceptions.
