To initiate a return:

We use Loop to process returns, click the link below to be redirected to the Loop Portal to process your return. Or enter the website address directly into your browser: shop.darcsport.com/apps/returns

Process your return in Loop:

1. Follow the prompts to select the eligible items you wish to return.  
2. Choose how you wish to receive your return label, use the QR code option if you’re unable to print a return label.

Take the items you are returning to the nearest United States Post Office, provide your scannable code or prepaid label at the counter. 

Return Processing Time:

• Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process the return.
• If approved, we’ll issue a store credit or a digital gift code that you can use on future purchases.
• You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
