Why was my Collectibles Buy Back submission denied?Updated a month ago

If your Collectibles Buy Back request was not approved, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:

1. The item is not part of the Buy Back program

Not all products are eligible for Buy Back program. Eligibility is exclusive to the styles listed on the Buy Back Collectibles Program webpage.  If your item is not listed here, it will not qualify for the program.

What to do:
Review the list of eligible products in our Buy Back Program Guidelines before submitting again.

2. The edition number does not qualify

Most Buy Back-eligible styles only accept edition numbers 1–10. Items outside of this range generally do not qualify unless otherwise specified.

What to do:
Check the edition number on your item carefully. If it falls outside the accepted range, it will not be eligible for Buy Back.

3. The item is not registered in your Vault

The email address used for your Buy Back submission must match the email address linked to the vault originally used to register the item. For security and ownership verification, we cannot approve submissions that do not match our registration records.

What to do:

  • Confirm which email address was used when the item was originally registered.

  • Resubmit your Buy Back request using that email address.

  • If you no longer have access to the original email, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

If you believe your submission was declined in error, please contact our Support Team with your order number, item details, and edition number so we can review it further.
