Buy Back FAQs

What is the Darc Sport Collectibles Buy Back Program?

It is a unique program that gives members the chance to sell specific Darc Sport Collectibles back to us. It’s our way of keeping rare items in circulation.

Who can participate?

Verified Darc Sport customers with accounts in good standing.

Which products are eligible?

Only items with rare edition numbers, listed on the official Collectibles page are eligible.

Do I need to register my item?

Yes. All items must be registered to your vault. You’ll also need to submit a screenshot showing the item in your vault when you apply.

What condition must my item be in?

Items must be free from excessive wear, tears, stains, alterations, or major damage. Anything outside these standards may be rejected.

Do I need my order number or receipt?

No, as long as the item is listed in your vault, proof of purchase is not needed.  Your vault is your proof of ownership.

What if my item doesn’t pass authentication?

We’ll return it to you. In some cases, return shipping costs may apply.

Can I change my submission details after I submit my item?

No. Once your submission is confirmed and processed, it can’t be changed.  You would need to complete a new submission.

What if my item passes inspection?

You’ll receive an Official Offer form with the non-negotiable amount listed to review and sign. You’ll then choose whether to receive payment as a gift card or electronic debit card.

How will I be paid if my item is approved?

We currently offer only prepaid debit cards which can be used like cash anywhere Visa, Amex or Mastercard is accepted. Or a Darc Sport Gift Card.

What if my item fails inspection?

The item will be returned at your expense. If it fails badly enough, Darc Sport may dispose of it at our discretion. No payout will be made.

Are rare GWP (Gift With Purchase) items eligible?

Yes — if a rare GWP item is specifically listed on the Buy Back Program page, it is eligible even if it does not include an NFC chip. Only items shown on the official eligible list will qualify.
