No, All Sales Are Final. We’re unable to process exchanges, returns, or cancellations on any items purchased during the 50% off Black Friday sale. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Are items guaranteed in my cart?

No. Items are only secured once your payment has successfully processed and your order confirmation appears. Having an item in your cart does not reserve it.

What happens if an item I ordered sells out?

Due to high demand, inventory may sell out before your order processes. If that happens, we’ll automatically refund the affected item(s) and send you an email confirmation.

I was charged twice — what should I do?

Sometimes duplicate pending charges appear if your checkout was refreshed or interrupted. Only one charge will process if one order was completed. Any extra pending charges will drop off automatically within a few business days.

Can I get a price adjustment for an order I placed before the sale?
