Tracking Your Order

Existing customers with online accounts

Log-in to to your Darc Sport online account to view your order status, tracking details and return options if available.

 New or unregistered customers

To track your order,  navigate to the Help Center Category page and click on Track Order. Follow the prompts to authenticate and view your order status and tracking details 

What to Know About Your Order

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
• A second email with tracking details will be sent when your order ships.
